updated PLUGIN_LAB.zip. Now includes the new CrossPackage.exe in "PLUGIN_LAB\Tools\CrossPackage.exe"

to update an existing PlugLab, just replace "PLUGIN_LAB\Tools\CrossPackage.exe" with the new version
